In the midst of a spring garden shoot, without a wash or any tidy-up. Front bumper and hood badge are in the garage. The car is kind of cute without bumpers...

  Fall
On the last day of the year to have a (positive) double-digit high temperature, a quick wash and some pictures in front of the (south-facing) garden, my last "let's try this" project.

The neighbourhood was blessed with sidewalk and road construction that had finished about a month ago, thus the very-black roads. Since the Summer photos, the Tomato's body has been treated with a combination oxidant remover and paste wax that brought out the red, enhanced by the low late afternoon fall sun.

Many of the shots were cropped to reduce disk space needs, and a few were left out because their angle wasn't that more informative than another, so if there's anything that's just missing that you'd like to see Let Me Know .

The engine shots were gamma-corrected, equivalent to "pushing" during development, so as to bring out shadowed items.

Essentials: Toolbox, wrenches and sockets, a Dom Perignon box full of essential fluids, a new tarp, a roll of paper towels and a jacket. A $10 carpet covers the spare.

Bathmat-covered seats for a bit of comfy. The passenger one comes in handy to bridge the gap in the top during rain (while parked).

The oil filter adaptation was done long ago. I have an original from the Parts Car.

These are indoor and tear-down/rebuild shots that get their own section: Teardown.
