| Yes, admit I use the "Rodney Dangerfield" of Operating Systems: OS/2. Why? For a number of reasons: Price, Performance, Power. I started in early 1992 with version 2.0 because I had already found Windows3.x wasn't up to what I wanted to do when I really wanted to treat my computer as a "business appliance." I also needed to maintain my connection with my DOS/Windows clients, so OS/2 was an obvious choice. It still is.
CAOS/2: Central Alberta OS/2 Users Group has been operating in Edmonton since September 1992. I started the group with Arylnn Poczynek, of TeamOS/2 fame, because after my own trials and tribulations and travels throughout the 'Net I thought that there would be other people in the city just like me. There were, and still are.

| I don't have too much to say about OS/2 these days, since it works just fine for me, and not too many other people seem to care, least of all IBM. Here are a few things I've written about OS/2 (that I can find anymore), for a long-extinct IBM newsletter, and the now-defunct OS2WEB.
